Lia listens to the music, studies the inspiration behind the program, and translates the idea into a sketch, choosing lines, fabrics, colors, appliques, and crystals in a way that is consistent with the choreography.

CUSTOM SKATING headbands are designed to meet different needs, budgets and levels of detail.

  • ESSENTIAL

    €120 - €200

    Includes a custom-sized leotard, personalized by Lia based on the music, theme, and colors chosen.
    The decoration is lighter and the design remains simpler but always refined and tailored for the individual athlete.

  • PRESTIGE

    €200 - €350

    This is a more customized range, with more detailed body design and more possibilities to work on fabrics, cuts, appliqués, crystals, and details consistent with the music and choreography.
    It is designed for those who desire a more recognizable costume with greater stage presence.

  • OPERA

    350 - 500 €

    This is a richer and more spectacular range. The leotard is studied in more detail according to the music, theme, and the desired effect on the ice.
    The complexity of the design, the number of appliques and crystals, the refinement of the materials, and the hours of manual work all increase.

  • ATELIER

    FROM €500 UPWARDS

    This is Sartolia's most exclusive tier.
    This range includes a project entirely custom-designed for the athlete, with maximum creative input from Lia, sophisticated materials, complex decorations, and a high level of detail. It is designed for those who desire a unique swimsuit crafted with the utmost care.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOOKING

BOOKING EXPIRY

The booking may be canceled in the following cases:

  • if Sartolia no longer has availability for the requested period. In this case, communication will be sent via Whatsapp;
  • if the €30 deposit for the creation of the sketch and the related quote is not paid within 5 calendar days from the confirmation of availability;
  • if the music or the theme of the leotard are not communicated or confirmed within two months from the delivery date indicated in the form, with the exception of deliveries scheduled for September and October;
  • in the case of leotards made remotely, meaning with measurements sent directly by the client, the booking is canceled if, within 7 working days of accepting the sketch and quote, the measurements and the payment of the first installment, equal to 50% of the total amount of the leotard, are not sent;
  • in the case of leotards with an appointment at the tailor's shop, meaning with measurements taken directly by Lia, the booking is canceled if the first installment is not paid within 5 working days of the appointment.

    The leotard will not be delivered or shipped if the second installment is not paid in full.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS, AND BALANCE

To proceed with the creation of the sketch and the corresponding quote, a deposit of €30 is required, to be paid within 5 calendar days from the confirmation of availability.

Once the sketch and quote are received, if both are accepted, the first installment, equal to 50% of the total amount of the leotard, will be requested. Payment of the first installment is necessary to confirm the order and begin the production of the leotard.

In the case of a leotard made remotely, the first installment must be paid at the same time as the measurements are sent, within 7 working days from the acceptance of the sketch and quote.

In the case of an appointment at the tailor's shop, the first installment can be paid at the time of the appointment or within 5 working days thereafter.

The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or before picking up the leotard at the tailor's shop. The leotard will not be delivered or shipped until the balance is received.
